- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Crema Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp and pat dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Transfer to a medium bowl, then add salt, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and olive oil. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the spices. Let rest while preparing other components.
- Make the cabbage slaw: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage, fresh lime juice, and salt. Toss well to mix all ingredients evenly and create a fresh crunchy slaw.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, minced cilantro, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. Set the sauce aside for assembly.
- Cook the shrimp: Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and sauté for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, with no translucency in the center. Remove from skillet and place on a clean plate.
- Warm tortillas and assemble tacos: Warm the tortillas on the stovetop or microwave until pliable. For each tortilla, layer cabbage slaw, cooked shrimp, and a generous spoonful of the creamy cilantro-lime sauce. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
