Description

This Rocky Road Chocolate Bark is a deliciously easy no-bake treat combining smooth milk chocolate with crunchy digestive biscuits and mini marshmallows. Perfect for sharing, this sweet bark can be customized with optional toppings like sprinkles, nuts, or dried fruits for added texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Chocolate Mixture

  • 300 grams milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 100 grams digestive biscuits, roughly chopped
  • 100 grams Epic Snax mini marshmallows

Optional Toppings

  • Sprinkles
  • Chopped nuts
  • Crushed pretzels
  • Dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Gently melt the milk chocolate in a large glass bowl set over a pan of simmering water (double boiler method) or melt in short bursts in the microwave, stirring between each burst until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Combine ingredients: Stir the chopped digestive biscuits and mini marshmallows into the melted chocolate, reserving a handful of each to use as toppings later.
  3. Spread the mixture: Spoon the chocolate mixture onto a lined baking tray and press it out evenly into a large rectangular shape using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  4. Add toppings: Scatter the reserved marshmallows and biscuits over the top, along with any optional toppings like sprinkles, nuts, crushed pretzels, or dried fruits for extra crunch and flavor.
  5. Chill to set: Place the tray in the refrigerator and chill for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
  6. Serve: Once set, break the Rocky Road bark into pieces and enjoy as a delicious snack or dessert treat.

  • Use good quality milk chocolate for a richer flavor.

  • You can customize the bark with your favorite toppings like nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • This recipe is simple to scale up or down depending on your needs.
