Description

Crispy and flavorful Parmesan Ranch Chicken Tenders baked to golden perfection, coated with a savory blend of Parmesan cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, and ranch dipping sauce. A simple yet delicious meal perfect for a quick dinner or game day snack.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, 2-3 medium)

Coating & Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Ranch Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and fit it with a baking rack; lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  2. Slice and Coat Chicken: On a cutting board, slice the chicken breasts into 1/2-inch thick tenders. Place the chicken tenders into a resealable plastic bag and add the Parmesan Ranch Dipping Sauce, tossing or shaking to evenly coat all pieces.
  3. Prepare Breadcrumb Mixture: In a shallow dish, such as a pie plate, combine the seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Coat Chicken with Breadcrumbs: Using a fork or tongs, transfer each ranch-coated chicken tender into the breadcrumb mixture. Coat all sides thoroughly, shake off any excess crumbs, and place the tenders on the prepared baking rack.
  5. Bake the Chicken: Bake the chicken tenders in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from oven and serve immediately, optionally with additional Parmesan Ranch Dipping Sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through to a safe temperature of 165°F.
  • For extra crispiness, broil the tenders for an additional 1-2 minutes at the end, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  • Substitute seasoned breadcrumbs with panko for a lighter, crunchier texture.
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs can be used to make this recipe gluten-free.
  • Store leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
