Description

A refreshing and vibrant Cranberry Fruit Punch combining multiple fruit juice concentrates and juices, topped with soda for a fizzy finish. Perfect for large gatherings and holiday parties, this easy-to-make recipe delivers a sweet and tangy punch bursting with berry flavors.

Ingredients

Juices and Concentrates

  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry juice concentrate
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 6 cups white grapefruit juice
  • 1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 4 cups cranberry-apple juice

Soda and Garnish

  • 4 cups chilled raspberry or cherry soda
  • Ice, as needed
  • Lemon zest strips or fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Thaw Juice Concentrates: Place the frozen cranberry, grape, and lemonade juice concentrates into a large 7-quart or bigger container. Let them stand at room temperature until they are partially thawed to make stirring easier.
  2. Combine Juices: Stir in the white grapefruit juice, unsweetened pineapple juice, cranberry-raspberry juice, and cranberry-apple juice thoroughly with the partially thawed concentrates until the mixture is well blended.
  3. Serve Punch: When ready to serve, stir the chilled raspberry or cherry soda into the juice mixture to add fizz.
  4. Serve Over Ice: Pour the punch over ice in glasses to keep it refreshingly cold.
  5. Garnish: If desired, garnish each glass or the punch bowl with lemon zest strips or fresh cranberries for a festive touch.

Notes

  • Use a large container to ensure there is enough room for mixing all the juices without spilling.
  • Partial thawing of concentrates is key for easier mixing; do not fully melt.
  • Adjust the amount of soda to your preferred level of fizziness.
  • For a non-fizzy option, omit the soda and serve chilled.
  • This punch serves approximately 24 cups, making it suitable for parties or large groups.
