Description

A simple and delicious Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding made with oat milk, cacao powder, and honey, perfect for a healthy and satisfying snack or breakfast. This pudding is easy to prepare, vegan-friendly, and can be customized with fresh berries or your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Chia Pudding Base

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Toppings (optional)

  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the chia seeds to a small jar or cup. Pour in the oat milk and stir to combine. Then add the cacao powder and honey and stir until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Refrigerate: Place the cup in the refrigerator for at least two hours to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding consistency.
  3. Serve: Remove the cup from the refrigerator and stir the pudding until smooth and fully combined. Top with raspberries or your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use any plant-based milk if oat milk is unavailable.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to taste.
  • Try other toppings like sliced bananas, nuts, or shredded coconut.
  • For a thicker pudding, increase the chia seeds to 3 tablespoons.
  • This pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
