Description

A refreshing and creamy Chai Mango Protein Smoothie packed with vanilla protein, tropical mango, warming chai spices, and nutritious chia seeds, perfect for a quick nutritious boost.

Ingredients

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (plus more to thin)

Protein & Supplements

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (Premier Protein recommended)
  • 1 scoop creatine (optional)

Fruits & Spices

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chai spice (to taste)

Seeds & Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blender: Pour 1/2 cup almond milk into your blender first to prevent the blade from getting stuck when blending thick ingredients.
  2. Add the main ingredients: Add 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 1 1/2 cups of frozen mango chunks, and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chai spice to the blender.
  3. Add optional supplements: If desired, toss in 1 scoop of creatine and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds for added nutrition.
  4. Blend ingredients: Blend the mixture on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until the smoothie is thick, creamy, and smooth. If it’s too thick and not blending well, add more almond milk gradually and blend again.
  5. Adjust flavor: Taste the smoothie and add more chai spice if you want a stronger warm spice flavor.
  6. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately while it is thick and frosty for the best texture and taste.

Notes

  • Use Premier Protein or any high-quality vanilla protein powder for best flavor and consistency.
  • Frozen mango chunks help give the smoothie a thick and frosty texture; fresh mango will work but may require adding ice.
  • Adjust chai spice to your taste preference; start with a smaller amount and increase gradually.
  • Adding creatine and chia seeds boosts the nutritional profile but can be omitted if preferred.
  • Use almond milk or any plant-based milk to keep it dairy-free and vegan-friendly.
  • Drink immediately for the best texture; the smoothie tends to thicken if left sitting.
